The Grads were inducted into the Canadian Basketball Hall of Fame in 1980 (as a team) and 1983 (as individual athletes).
The Grads attended the 1996 Induction Ceremony held in Calgary where Nora McDermott, Bryan Nicurity and Romel Raffin were welcomed into the hall of fame.

The Edmonton Grads visited Almonte, Ontario, southwest of Ottawa, to see the home of Dr. Naismith, the creator of basketball and gathered information on the Naismith International Centre for Basketball which was based at that site.
It is likely the Grads also attended the 1998 Basketball Canada Induction Dinner presumably held in Ottawa.
