The fonds consists of sheet music, and a family album of postcards and greeting cards.

The majority of sheet music belonged to Christina Charters, most of which is annotated, C.J. Cavers, while others are annotated C.J. Charters, or Mrs. E. Charters. Some of the earlier pieces of sheet music are annotated M.B. Cavers, likely Christina's sister Mary Beatrice Cavers. A few pieces of music have other annotations, such as U.Y or Mrs. Young - it is not known who this is, or how related to Christina Cavers Charters.

The album of postcards and greeting cards covers multi-generations of the Cavers - Charters family. The early postcards are predominantly addressed to Everett Charters as a child ('Master Everett') or his parents, Maggie and Charles Charters. The cards are mostly from Charters or Everett relatives back in New Brunswick (Aunt Nell, Aunt Sadie, Grandma, Grandpa, Mother) and presumably sent after the family moved to Saskatchewan. Some postcards have notes or writings from the sender, others are blank. Other cards are addressed to Chrissie Cavers, before her marriage to Everett Charters.

Cards in the middle to later part of the album are addressed to Everett or Chrissie Charters, and later to their children, Kenneth or Marion. The cards are mostly from friends or relatives, and are predominantly greeting cards with some birth or memorial announcements.

It is not known if the creator of the album was a Charters family member, and Christina inherited the album upon her marriage to Everett, and continued it, or if Christina herself created the album and included cards that belonged to her or her husband prior to their marriage, as well as cards received by them once married.

The fonds consists of one record book of Companion Court Maple Leaf no. 842, Independent Order of Foresters, containing by-laws (inside front cover), record of attendance and roll of officers, and minutes.
It includes references to: Miss Bassill, Miss Burgess, Miss A. Dunn, Miss Fisher, Miss C. Grant, Miss J.M. Harrison, Dr. Hotson, Misss. M.A. Jamieson, Miss E. McKernan, Mrs. A.E. McLean, Miss F. The fonds consists of family and homesteading records belonging to Johan A. Siden. The family correspondence includes letters to “Dad” (from Tony), “Mom and Dad” (from Nora, includes references to brother Tony and husband Bill), “Mr & Mrs Siden” (from Mary and Carl, with references to Nora and Bill, Fritz and Edmond), and “Sir” (from Edmond).
There is also an invoice from Dr. Peter Farney & Sons, Co., Chicago, and an advertising card for ‘Davis & Lawrence Asparagus Kidney Pills’.
The homesteading documents relate to obtaining entry for homesteading, record of road work in lieu of taxes, requests for information from the Dominion Bureau of Statistics including agricultural surveys (Survey of Crops and Live Stock June 1944; Live Stock and Poultry Survey, December 1944), receipt for medications, record of special grant payment.

The photographs include the ceremony for the Honourary Chief Factors of Fort Edmonton Park, 1974, honoring Christina McKnight, Richard Y. Secord and Merrill Wolf. There are also images of George as a young child to an adult and as Honorary Chief Factor at Fort Edmonton Park, hosting the Duke and Duchess of York.
