The fonds consists of materials created by the Edmonton & District Cricket League including minutes, bylaws, constitutions, booking documentation, correspondence, financial records, equipment orders and inventory, fixtures, schedules, statistics, team and club lists, administrative documents, and photographs. The photographs consist of an undated team photograph, an image of the Victoria Park Club house in 1983, and a photograph of the site of the demolished Victoria Park Club House in 1983 October.
Edmonton & District Cricket LeagueThis collection consists of donations accumulated by the City of Edmonton Archives which consist of a limited number of photographs. Often these donations had little or no provenance, however were considered to be historically relevant enough to preserve. Photographs range in subject matter from Edmonton events, buildings, transportation, people, and businesses.
The City of Edmonton ArchivesThis collection consists of various materials related to the Edmonton Grads basketball team. The records include Winnie Martin Tait's Edmonton Grads scrapbook, an academic paper written by Jennifer Miller-Tait, photographs of the Edmonton Grads, and six figurines made in the likeness of Edmonton Grad team members.

The fonds consists of photocopies of news clippings from the scrapbook created by Harold Brown. The news clippings relate to the Crestwood Community League and its predecessors, the 142nd Street and Jasper Place Community Leagues. There are also some early annual reports, newsletters, and correspondence of Harold P. Brown, the secretary of the league for many years and a member of the executive and president of the Federation of Community Leagues in the 1920s.
The photographs (1915-1924) cover events in the community, likely held by the community league (Maypole dancing, parades, children playing in parks, theatrical performances, parks), buildings (Alberta Legislature), roads and bridges, CKUA radio studio and portraits of Harold P. Brown and Cyril Geoffrey Wates.
