The fonds consists of correspondence, manuscripts and newspaper articles written by Stan, as well as articles written about Stan Williams. There are also booklets pertaining to the newspaper industry, pamphlets from various churches in Edmonton, and photographs of Stan and Margaret, and various buildings and scenes around Edmonton.
Williams, StanThe fonds consists of the following:
- File 1: Article titled 'The Big Hotel' by Lillian Maze about the Columbia Stopping House, which was published in the Edmonton Journal (1953) and formed the basis of an article published in the Spring 1964 edition of The Alberta Historical Review. There is also a souvenir booklet 'Souvenir of the Edmonton Schools - Issued at the Opening of the High School, May 9, 1911' (1911). The Edmonton High School was later known as Victoria School.
- File 2: Painting by Lillian Maze's daughter and Edmonton Art Club member Kathleen Anne Elizabeth (Betty) Hickey titled "Columbia Stopping House". The building was located at the corner of Grierson (101A Avenue) and 96 Street. The painting was formerly described as EAA-66-1.
The photographs include EA-512-1: a portrait of Lillian Maze [ca. 1980] and EA-512: a photograph of Columbia House [ca. 1910].

The fonds consists of articles collected by Jim Mitchell about places in Alberta, the Northwest territories, and British Columbia and dating from 1890 to 1979. There are also notes relating to the Mitchell homestead in Edmonton and a story about the Francis C. Clare family.

Conway, H. JackThe fonds consists of photocopies of news clippings from the scrapbook created by Harold Brown. The news clippings relate to the Crestwood Community League and its predecessors, the 142nd Street and Jasper Place Community Leagues. There are also some early annual reports, newsletters, and correspondence of Harold P. Brown, the secretary of the league for many years and a member of the executive and president of the Federation of Community Leagues in the 1920s.
The photographs (1915-1924) cover events in the community, likely held by the community league (Maypole dancing, parades, children playing in parks, theatrical performances, parks), buildings (Alberta Legislature), roads and bridges, CKUA radio studio and portraits of Harold P. Brown and Cyril Geoffrey Wates.

The fonds consists of memoirs written by John T. Barnes in ca. 1977 and includes his experiences in Edmonton from 1912 to 1914. The fonds also includes correspondence about the writing of the memoirs.

Baltzan, HyThe fonds consists of one history of highland dancing with references to the Alberta Highland Dancing Association, prepared by Sandra Allnutt, the Branch’s publicity chairman, in 1976. The history contains information about the origins of Highland dancing, in addition to details specific to ten individual dances.
Alberta Highland Dancing Association, Edmonton BranchThe fonds consists of a documents, photographs, scrapbooks and news clippings related to Andrew Parnham’s military service and the 51st Battalion, C.E.F.
This fonds also consists of records of the 51st Battalion Association, including minutes, correspondence, membership and financial records and the nominal roll of officers, non-commissioned officers and men of the battalion. It also includes the association gavel and the leather briefcase that held the association records.
The material is arranged into two main sections, Andrew L. Parnham and the 51st Battalion Association.
