The fonds consists of correspondence, minutes, reports, news clippings, notes and publications relating to the Citizens' Save Our Parks Association, 1965-ca. 1977; the Plebiscite Committee, 1965-1966; the Urban Reform Group Edmonton (URGE), 1973-1982; the Oliver Community Group, 1975; and her opposition to construction of a roadway in MacKinnon Ravine, 1965-1984.

The fonds consists of newsletters, minutes of both general and executive meetings, financial statements, annual general meetings, bylaws, and scrapbooks of the Minus One Club of Edmonton. The scrapbooks consist of photographs, copies of newsletters, and ephemera created by members of the Club in the curation of the Club's history.

This series contains posters that were either anonymously sent to the Archives or found in the collection of the City of Edmonton Archives. The posters had no provenance, and were therefore combined into a single series. The posters relate to festivals, theatre productions, community events, and fundraisers held in the Edmonton area.

The fonds consists of the administrative records of the Edmonton Folk Arts Council from 1965 to 1996. The records include correspondence, bylaws, executive and general meeting minutes, and membership lists. Also included are posters from Council-sponsored events, such as Canada Day celebrations, and commemorative plaques and pins from various events.

This series consists of records concerning the operations and functions of the Garneau Tennis Club. The Tennis Club was one of the five original committees when the Garneau Community League was incorporated in 1962. Like the Lawn Bowling Club, the Tennis Club held a degree of independence from the rest of the Garneau Community League. That independence was somewhat curtailed in the late 1970s due to a change in Provincial Law regarding the way financial reporting was to be conducted. This series contains membership lists, financial statements, newsletters, correspondence, and minutes.

The series consists of records from 1963 to 1993 pertaining to the finances and operations of the Edmonton Rugby Union. The series includes financial statements, fundraising records, correspondence, marketing materials, guidelines, newsletters, club records, E.R.U secretary treasurer files, E.R.U Vice President files and clippings. The series also consists of records pertaining to rugby fixtures, the Women Aiding Ruby of Edmonton (W.A.R.), the Commonwealth Games and Edmonton rugby teams.

This fonds consists of documents relating to Andrekson’s work as a volunteer for various organizations. The majority of the material is related to Andrekson’s work with the Edmonton Civic Centennial Committee, an organization formed to celebrate Canada’s 100th anniversary of Confederation.

The remainder of the material consists of records from Andrekson’s other activities as a volunteer, namely as part of the Commonwealth Games hosted in Edmonton in 1978, and the 1983 Universiade Games, also hosted in Edmonton. The records related to these events are comprised of both organizational material, such as minutes and reports of the boards, as well as promotional material meant to be given to the public or displayed during the specific events.

The photographs are of events at Universiade ’83, including the opening and closing ceremonies and a variety of athletic events.

Some photographs are of Kaleidoscope ’83, the cultural arm of Universiade ’83, which consisted of a variety of cultural performances and displays held during the Universiade games.

The series consists of records from 1963 to 1993 pertaining to the development and operations of Ellerslie Rugby Park, home to the Edmonton Rugby Union, located on Ellerslie Road, Edmonton, Alberta. The series includes correspondence, financial records, land titles, legal correspondence, reports, brochures, insurance appraisals, and architectural drawings of proposed plans. Also included in the series are minutes from the Ellerslie Rugby Park Management Board meetings.

This sub-series contains correspondence, reports, minutes, and other material relating to City recreation facilities. It also contains material from community organizations that worked closely with recreation facility staff.
