This series contains the official annual financial statements and reports issued by the Finance Department to provide transparency and explain the financial position of the municipal government.
This series consists of six subseries:
Subseries 1: Indexes
This sub-series consists of the indexes of meeting minutes of the Names Advisory Committee (NAC). Researchers can use this sub-series as a finding aid for material in subseries 2.
Subseries 2: Meetings
This subseries contains all minutes and agendas of the NAC.
Subseries 3: Correspondence
This subseries collects the NAC's letters to and from other committees as well as some letters regarding names research. Some neighbourhood structure plans were included as attachments.
Subseries 4: Names Reserve List
Names added to this list were researched and vetted before being recommended to City Council.
Subseries 5: Reference Material
This subseries consists of reference material the NAC gathered regarding potential names. Lists of named and unnamed lakes are also included in the subseries.
Subseries 6: Recommendations
This subseries includes the recommendations the NAC made to City Council.
This fonds consists of records and other material created by the labour and personnel management bodies for the City of Edmonton, namely the Personnel Department, Civic Employment Bureau, Human Resources Department, and Corporate Services Department in the course of their normal operation. It includes the following series:

This series contains reports collected or created by the Edmonton Police Department.
This series contains reports and publications created and received by the Office of the City Clerk. It also contains special reports delivered to the City Council in the early-to-mid 1900s on a variety of topics, including utilities and development. It also includes special investigations into issues such as fires, conflict of interest, and prostitution.
The series consists of records created by the Edmonton Police Service through their function of research, planning, and evaluating their services to ensure they continue to fulfill their mandate of keeping Edmonton safe.
This file contains a copy of the Safe Disposal Toolkit, created by Edmonton's Safedmonton Initiatives, and is an example of the tools they created with their partner organizations around personal and community safety. The toolkit includes a DVD titled "Don't Get Stuck: Needle Safety Program", created by the Edmonton Police Service.
This series contains records collected and created by the Citizens Action Centre. The material was mostly used to provide information to the public, though some material also reflects special projects undertaken by the unit, such as their involvement in the 1987 tornado response, Klondike Days, and the 8th IAAF World Championships in Athletics held in Edmonton in 2001. The material has been divided into the following subseries:
