Richard H. Secord's daily journal includes notes on his business transactions in the fur trade, agriculture and store, his social activities including his marriage to Annie York in August 1891, as well as events in the Edmonton community.

The series consists of records pertaining to the operation and administrative functions of the Edmonton Art Gallery. Included in the series are financial records, reports, correspondence, certificates, and promotional materials. Also included in the series are plans relating to the acquisition of land for new gallery, records related to the Edmonton Art Club, and architecture design drawings for the gallery.
The series also includes records from the Blow Condell family who donated money to build the Edmonton Art Gallery in 1962. The building was named the Arthur Blow Condell Memorial Building after Dr. William Newton and Abigail Edith Condell's son who died in 1910.

Capital City Recreation Park

This subseries contains reports, promotional materials, architectural plans, photographs and artwork related to work done by Roman Fodchuk and Associates Ltd. on the Capital City Recreation Park. This project was completed through a partnership between the City of Edmonton and the Government of Alberta. The project was created to provide the public new accessible ways to access and entertain in nature including hiking, biking, cross country skiing, downhill skiing, snowshoeing, picnic spaces and water sports. Roman also put a great deal of work into protecting the natural wildlife by limiting erosion, creating the wildlife thoroughfare where there was none before, and strategic planting to encourage longevity of the park through native plant species.

Parks covered by this project include: Kinsmen Park, Queen Elizabeth Park, Baden-Powell Park, Cloverdale Park, Grierson Hill Park, Forest Heights Park, Dawson Park, Riverside Park, Kinnaird Ravine, Highlands Park, Capilano Park, Lower and Upper Gold Bar Park, Floden Park, Lower and Upper Rundle Park, Strathcona Science Park and Hermitage Park.

The Camsell Arrow

The Camsell Arrow and Pictorial was a publication of the staff and patients of the Charles Camsell Hospital. Included in the publication are articles and letters about current events, tuberculosis treatment procedures, home and lifestyle suggestions related to health, and letters from patients about their time at the hospital. Also included are photographs of patients, illustrations and cartoons.

This series contains digitized issues of the Camsell Arrow and Pictorial that were collected by the Archives from a variety of donors.
