The fonds consists of records pertaining to the Edmonton Women's Health Collective from 1984 to 1989 and reflect some of the health care concerns facing women in the Edmonton area. Records include correspondence, administrative records, reports, minutes, newsletters, invoices, contact information and business cards from affiliated women's groups and organizations, brochures, and pamphlets. Also included in the fonds are clippings, a copy of the report Confronting the Problems of Homelessness in Edmonton, and issues of the Edmonton women's newsletter Movement.

Also included in the fonds are architectural drawings for Ellerslie Rugby Park and records from the Women Aiding Rugby of Edmonton (W.A.R.).
The fonds also consists of materials from the Alberta Rugby Union (ARU), which represent their relationship with the ERU. Records pertaining to the ARU include annual reports, handbooks, bylaws, certificate of incorporation, correspondence, and finances.

The fonds consists of minutes, bylaws, financial statements, event planning files, annual reports, budgets, and photographs created during the operation of the Edmonton Boys’ Pipe Band. A small number of regalia worn by members during parade is also included. Two electronic records are also present: a music CD featuring a selection of the Pipe Band’s performances, as well as a DVD of the Edmonton Celtic Festival that features a video recording of the Pipe Band’s performance.

These committees included the International Women's Year Coordinating Committee, Ad Hoc Committee, the City of Edmonton's International Women's Year Steering Committee, and the Anthology Committee.
Records include newsletters, correspondence, minutes, finances, and a City of Edmonton proclamation. Majority of the fonds consists of nomination forms with supporting documentation for each category of the City of Edmonton Recognition Program. The fonds also includes a copy of the manuscript for the anthology titled, 1975 International Women’s Year Anthology and a copy of the final publication, which was published in collaboration with the City of Edmonton’s Public Relations Department.
