In addition to the records related to the incorporation of the society, this fonds consists of material created and gathered by the Alberta St. George of England Society between 1982 and 1994, including brochures, minutes, newsletters, financial statements, correspondence, membership lists, and related news clippings. There is also information of the society's involvement in Edmonton's Heritage Days festival, including recipes, dances, and pantomime presentations.

This fonds contains Don Sprague's records of the organising committee for the 1996 World Figure Skating Championships held in Edmonton. As chairman of the local organising committee, Sprague's records include administrative and financial records, media information, promotional material, and event reports. This fonds also has artwork submitted for a World Figure Skating Championship logo contest, posters for the event, pennants from Japan, and the flags of Canada, Japan, Hokkaido, and the United States.

This collection consists of donations accumulated by the City of Edmonton Archives which consist of a limited number of photographs. Often these donations had little or no provenance, however were considered to be historically relevant enough to preserve. Photographs range in subject matter from Edmonton events, buildings, transportation, people, and businesses.
