Edmonton Rugby UnionThe series consists of records from 1963 to 1993 pertaining to the finances and operations of the Edmonton Rugby Union. The series includes financial statements, fundraising records, correspondence, marketing materials, guidelines, newsletters, club records, E.R.U secretary treasurer files, E.R.U Vice President files and clippings. The series also consists of records pertaining to rugby fixtures, the Women Aiding Ruby of Edmonton (W.A.R.), the Commonwealth Games and Edmonton rugby teams.
Edmonton Rugby UnionThe series consists of records from 1963 to 1993 pertaining to the development and operations of Ellerslie Rugby Park, home to the Edmonton Rugby Union, located on Ellerslie Road, Edmonton, Alberta. The series includes correspondence, financial records, land titles, legal correspondence, reports, brochures, insurance appraisals, and architectural drawings of proposed plans. Also included in the series are minutes from the Ellerslie Rugby Park Management Board meetings.

The records within the fonds capture the development of the union, its operations, facilities, and finances. The fonds provides insight into a Edmonton sports organization and its operations. The fonds consists of minutes, agendas, correspondence, financial records, clippings, fundraising information, guidelines, marketing materials, Commonwealth Games brief, team lists and records, ERU annual reports, and Board of Directors' meeting minutes. Also included in the fonds are architectural drawings for Ellerslie Rugby Park and records from the Women Aiding Rugby of Edmonton (W.A.R.).

The fonds consists of minutes, financial statements, newsletters, photographs, objects, moving images, and catalogues of events and dog shows the Edmonton Kennel Club held, and helped organize, throughout the twentieth century. The fonds also consists of commemorative material created to celebrate achievements of the Club’s members, such as for birthdays or anniversaries, in the form of scrapbooks and certificates. Also included are objects gathered by Edmonton Kennel Club members who performed judicial duties for dog shows hosted by the Edmonton Kennel Club, as well as for other organizations across the world.
The photographs of the fonds are images primarily taken of the Club’s dog shows with a smaller number of images drawn from the Club’s various social activities.
Edmonton Kennel ClubThe fonds consists of minutes, bylaws, financial statements, event planning files, annual reports, budgets, and photographs created during the operation of the Edmonton Boys’ Pipe Band. A small number of regalia worn by members during parade is also included. Two electronic records are also present: a music CD featuring a selection of the Pipe Band’s performances, as well as a DVD of the Edmonton Celtic Festival that features a video recording of the Pipe Band’s performance.
Edmonton Boys' Pipe Band AssociationThe fonds consists of the records of the Edmonton Club and includes minutes, correspondence, membership registers, maps, building plans, constitutions, rule books, reports, menus, acts of incorporation, and financial statements. The photographs consist of headshots of the Presidents of the Edmonton Club, as well as a few images of the Club’s annual general meetings and of the Imperial Bank of Canada both as it was being built and when it was completed in 1907. Large membership registers and bound guest books are also included.
Edmonton ClubThis fonds consists of materials created and collected by the Edmonton Ikebana Club, including the group's constitution and bylaws, Ikebana instructional guides, financial records, and the Ikebana International Charter in Japanese binding. Also included in this fonds are four scrapbooks which contain notes, correspondence, newspaper and magazine clippings, photographs, and original drawings of Ikebana arrangements.
Edmonton Ikebana ClubThe fonds consists of records pertaining to the Edmonton Canadian Scottish Literary Society including programmes, songs, speeches, lyrics, sheet music, and literary works. The fonds includes lists of executive members from 1925 to 1966, minutes of the final meeting of the society which includes a brief history and disbursement of the Society effects, and a piece of the plaid cloth (tartan). The fonds also consists of a ledger of James Rust and Son, Watchmaker & Jewelers with speeches and letters by James Rust, a member of the Society.
