The fonds consists of records pertaining to the Edmonton Women's Health Collective from 1984 to 1989 and reflect some of the health care concerns facing women in the Edmonton area. Records include correspondence, administrative records, reports, minutes, newsletters, invoices, contact information and business cards from affiliated women's groups and organizations, brochures, and pamphlets. Also included in the fonds are clippings, a copy of the report Confronting the Problems of Homelessness in Edmonton, and issues of the Edmonton women's newsletter Movement.

Also included in the fonds are sound recordings of Brian Allsopp's lecture and another architect's lecture given during the ESUAS' Architecture Lecture Series in 1995.

This fonds contains a written history of the Edmonton Roughnecks Recreation Association, as well as photographs of the Roughnecks' various teams and members. The photographs have been described by Gregory Barker as part of a project in which he aimed to describe and identify the individuals in photographs present in MS-595, Series 7. As a result, some of the photographs in this fonds are duplicates of photographs in MS-595, Series 7. Also included are Gregory Barker's digital copies of all records in the fonds.

The Whale Society of Edmonton fonds

The fonds consists of the records of The Whale Society of Edmonton from shortly before its formal incorporation in 1979 until shortly after its dissolution in 1983. The records include correspondence, newsletters, briefing notes, public presentations, posters, financial records, and minutes of meetings. Also included in the records is a T-Shirt designed by a Society member and sold as a fundraising item at public events. The banner used by the Society to identify their booth at public events is also included. There are also information files initially created by Dr. Dennis Wighton of the Department of Genetics, University of Alberta. These files were used by the Society in the development of their newsletters, merchandise, and briefing notes to government officials.
