This fonds contains copies of photos donated by the Edmonton Public Library, as well as reports written by the Edmonton Public Library, and early architectural drawings of the proposed Civic Centre. It has been divided into the following three series:

• Series 1: Photographs
• Series 2: Reports
• Series 3: Morrell & Nichols Proposed Civic Centre Drawings

This fonds consists of minutes, reports, correspondence, speeches, and other records relating to the functions performed by the Mayor of Edmonton that were sent to the City of Edmonton Archives by the Mayor's Office.

An order has been imposed on the material. Files are arranged in alphabetically while material within the files are arranged chronologically. Wherever possible original file titles were retained.

The arrangement includes 11 series, which are as follows:

This fonds contains photos of Edmonton Transit equipment and Luna Gas in the 1950s, and construction and tunneling related to the creation of the LRT downtown in the 1970s.

The fonds consists of pamphlets and textual material that John had collected on public art. The photographs cover places of worship, public art, bridges, public buildings, shopping centres, streetscapes and the demolition of several buildings in Edmonton and area.

The fonds consists of the identification papers and personal documentation of Josef Huber and family including:

• Baptismal certificate (Tauf-Schein) for Pauline, daughter of Josef Huber and Francisca Lang, born 19 Dec 1897, certificate issued 1909
• Baptismal certificate (Testimonium ortus et baptismi) for Anton Huber, born 25 Oct 1900, certificiate issued 1909
• Land certificate ? (Heimats-Schein) for Josef Huber, issued 1909
• passport issued to Josef Huber by the Austro-Hungarian Empire at Chernowitz (Czernowitz), Bukovina in 1909; it includes Josef Huber, his wife Francisca Lang and their four children, sons Johann and Anton and daughers, Kristina and Karoline,
• Dominion Lands interim homestead receipt for SE-21-56-6-W5, issued to Josef Huber, July 25, 1912 at Edmonton,
• Register of Alien Enemies card issued July 2, 1915 at Edmonton,
• Certificate of Naturalization issued February 26, 1921,
• a letter of agreement with Ernest Abbott dated August 29, 1927.

The fonds consists of photographs from the Caine family photo album. The photographs include images of the Pleasantview area before development and the Caine family.

The fonds consists of documents relating to the history of the Pollard Brickyard and John Walter logging operation in Walterdale. Also included is a photocopy of a notebook with a handwritten account of the history of the Bedard family and recipes compiled by Firmin Bedard. The photographs are of the Pollard brickyard and a family group photograph of the Pollards and Bedards.
