The fonds consists of the scripts for Harry Farmer’s television program “Sunday Visit” broadcast by CFRN-TV. The program highlighted the history of various churches in the Edmonton area. Each of the scripts begins: "The story of … Church as told by Harry Farmer, Producer of CFRN Television’s Sunday Visit Series". The fonds also consists of photographs of the churches likely used in the show.
This fonds consists of documents relating to Andrekson’s work as a volunteer for various organizations. The majority of the material is related to Andrekson’s work with the Edmonton Civic Centennial Committee, an organization formed to celebrate Canada’s 100th anniversary of Confederation.
The remainder of the material consists of records from Andrekson’s other activities as a volunteer, namely as part of the Commonwealth Games hosted in Edmonton in 1978, and the 1983 Universiade Games, also hosted in Edmonton. The records related to these events are comprised of both organizational material, such as minutes and reports of the boards, as well as promotional material meant to be given to the public or displayed during the specific events.
The photographs are of events at Universiade ’83, including the opening and closing ceremonies and a variety of athletic events.
Some photographs are of Kaleidoscope ’83, the cultural arm of Universiade ’83, which consisted of a variety of cultural performances and displays held during the Universiade games.

The fonds consists of photographs of various flowers and floral arrangements, a long-time passion of Ethel Dorin. Some capture scenes of Walter Dorin working at Pike Seeds, the Dorin family home and acreage, and Grace Lutheran Church.

These organizations and institutions include Northwest Industries Limited, the University of Alberta, All Saints Anglican Cathedral, Concordia College, Edmonton Klondike Days, the Library Association of Alberta, the Progressive Conservative Party of Canada, and the Royal Canadian Legion. The records of each of these organizations consist of publications, correspondence with members, and some notes Hilda Robinson might have taken while attending a meeting of the organization. Also included are various published materials from institutions that Hilda Robinson was employed by or volunteered for. Most of the materials are Concordia yearbooks which included staff member photos that included Hilda Robinson as a library staff member.
