The fonds consists of records pertaining to the operations and functions of the Edmonton Society for Urban and Architecture Studies (ESUAS). The fonds includes correspondence, minutes, financial records, reports, project documentation, grant applications, event programs, and posters. Also included in the fonds are sound recordings of Brian Allsopp's lecture and another architect's lecture given during the ESUAS' Architecture Lecture Series in 1995.
Edmonton Society of Urban and Architecture StudiesThis fonds consists of the newsletters, financial statements, minutes, annual general meetings, convention files, correspondence, bylaws, membership lists, budgets, and publications of the Edmonton Stamp Club. Also included are medals won by an Edmonton Stamp Club member during various conventions. The video series, "Uncle Albert's Stamp Collection," is also included. Digitized access copies of the program are available in the Archives Reference Room.

The fonds consists of correspondence, bylaws, annual reports, clippings, financial and legal records of the Edmonton Stock Exchange. It also includes a photograph of the original directors of the exchange and the stock exchange's seal.
Edmonton Stock ExchangeThe fonds consists of records from the Edmonton Street Railway Athletic Association from 1921 to 1958. Records include minutes, a ledger, correspondence, finances, reports and membership lists. Also included in the fonds is a copy of the City of Edmonton Railway Department rules and regulations handbook and minutes from the Civic Fastball League.

Edmonton Teachers' Wives AssociationThe fonds consists of records produced by the Edmonton Weavers' Guild (EWG) from their inception to 2012 and represents the activities and functions of the EWG. The records include minutes, correspondence, reports, membership lists, clippings, applications, financial records, and issues of the EWG’s newsletter, Webs and Wheels. The correspondence highlight the EWG's interactions with various art institutions and organizations including the Alberta Arts Council, Canadian Craftsmen Association, Hand Weavers, Spinners and Dyers of Alberta, University of Alberta's Department of Art and Design, Alberta Art Foundation, Canadian Crafts Council, Association of Northwest Weavers Guild, along with many other weavers' guilds throughout Canada and the United States.
The fonds also consists of the EWG by-laws, a file on the history of the EWG complied by Helen Bentley, and a history of weaving in Alberta from 1945. Included in the fonds are 8 colour photographs of wall pieces designed and woven by Grace Raitt and 1 photograph of a woven design attached to a greeting card.
Edmonton Weavers' GuildThe fonds consists of records pertaining to the Edmonton Women's Health Collective from 1984 to 1989 and reflect some of the health care concerns facing women in the Edmonton area. Records include correspondence, administrative records, reports, minutes, newsletters, invoices, contact information and business cards from affiliated women's groups and organizations, brochures, and pamphlets. Also included in the fonds are clippings, a copy of the report Confronting the Problems of Homelessness in Edmonton, and issues of the Edmonton women's newsletter Movement.
