This series contains general ledgers recording payments due and received by the Treasurer's Department and Comptroller's Department. They record financial transactions from different departments, companies, other levels of government, and individuals.
The series consists of materials produced by the Women's Society of the Edmonton Art Gallery including agendas, minutes, reports, membership lists, bylaws and constitution. Also included in the series are photographs.

Over the years the Committee had various names, including the Finance and Budgeting Committee (1968-1971), the Economic Affairs Committee (1971-1982), the Corporate Resources Committee (1982-ca. 1984), and the Budget Committee (ca. 1986-ca. 1988). The committee was responsible for financial matters of the City, including approval of land sales and budgeting.
The series includes meeting minutes, agendas and attachments from 1968-1984 (files 1-498), with some earlier years including reports to Council and budget meeting minutes. The series also includes reports to Council with attachments from 1971-1981 (files 499-820), and budget meetings and associated subject files and reports from 1973-1988 (files 821-1324).
This series consists of GATE’s administrative records including their bylaws and constitution, financial statements, meeting minutes and correspondence. In addition, there are copies of the GATE newsletter, two grant applications, and records related to GATE’s counselling program, and their social activities.

The series consists of records pertaining to the Alberta Rugby Union (ARU) from 1967 to 1989 including annual reports, handbooks, correspondence, by-laws, certificate of incorporation and financial records. These records provide representation of the relationship between the Edmonton Rugby Union and the ARU.

Zonder titelThis series includes slides of Edmonton and area buildings, businesses, industry, people, events, recreation facilities, cityscapes, neighbourhoods, homes, offices, shopping malls, sports, transportation, educational institutions, and artistic renderings of proposed developments. It also includes copies of historical photographs from the 1800s and early 1900s. The photos in this collection are believed to have been used by the Edmonton Economic Development Authority to promote Edmonton.
This series contains subdivision files created by the City when land was subdivided specifically for condominiums. The files typically include applications, correspondence, subdivision plans, and copies of relevant pages of minutes from the Municipal Planning Commission. The files were identified by a CN number and the properties identified by their legal address (i.e. lot, block, and plan). Some files also include a street address and/or a building name.
Prior to Edmonton Power becoming EPCOR there was an effort to transfer all records of historical value to the City of Edmonton Archives. This series was created to capture those records deemed to be of historical interest by Edmonton Power. The result is a varied collection of textual and graphic records documenting a wide span of the history of Edmonton Power and its predecessors. The material includes reports, photos, publications, and drawings relating to the generation and distribution of power to Edmontonians.
