The fonds consists of photographs taken by Edgar Millen while serving in Canada’s north as an officer with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
The photographs include images depicting the Arctic, where Millen was stationed, as well as several photos of Millen’s funeral and a cairn erected in his honour.
The fonds consists of materials created or collected by Edith Sparks of Edmonton and dating from 1886 to 1981. The fonds consists of miscellaneous notes on Edmonton, Strathcona, Edmonton hotels, schools (especially Norwood), clippings from the Bulletin (or transcriptions of) concerning Community Leagues, the Dickens Fellowship and the International Order of Daughters of the Empire in Edmonton, a history of the Mounted Police, a biography of Mary Harvey Hilton, Royal Canadian Air Force badges and buttons, coupon book, Demolay programs and "the Alberta Story".
Sparks, EdithThe fonds consists of materials created by the Edmonton & District Cricket League including minutes, bylaws, constitutions, booking documentation, correspondence, financial records, equipment orders and inventory, fixtures, schedules, statistics, team and club lists, administrative documents, and photographs. The photographs consist of an undated team photograph, an image of the Victoria Park Club house in 1983, and a photograph of the site of the demolished Victoria Park Club House in 1983 October.
Edmonton & District Cricket LeagueThe fonds consists of records created during the Rossdale Flats Aboriginal Oral History Project, as well as the two volumes of the final report published in 2004. The project was undertaken in 2003, coinciding with the establishment of the Rossdale Burial Site Memorial. The objective of the project was to collect and transcribe the oral histories of Indigenous people and other individuals who have a historical relationship with the Rossdale Flats area. The twenty-seven participants were drawn from activists and advocates, including Elders, community members, residents, and historians, who wished to participate in the project to promote awareness of the significance of the site. The work was carried out by three researchers, Jacqueline Pelletier, Dianne Stretch-Strang, and Melanie Poole. Each file contains interview recordings, transcripts, and notes about the interviewee.
Edmonton Aboriginal Urban Affairs CommitteeThis fonds consists of the records of the Edmonton Art Club, including administrative material (meeting minutes, correspondence, membership books, and financial statements), pamphlets and notices from their annual exhibitions, and scrapbooks.
Edmonton Art ClubThe fonds consists of records pertaining to the operations of the Edmonton Art Gallery. The fonds includes correspondence, minutes, invitations, scrapbooks, clippings, finances, guest books, reports, photographs, and issues of the Gallery's publications. The fonds also consists of records from the Blow Condell family who donated money to build the Edmonton Art Gallery in 1962.

This fonds consists of minutes, agendas, financial statements, project reports, research files, grant information, correspondence, program documentation, posters, photographs, and certificates created by the Edmonton Bicycle Commuters Society. Some electronic material is present in the fonds. A note in the file title has been added where a digital carrier is present. A note has also been added to the titles of files that may contain photographic images or negatives.
In addition to the administrative files of the Society, there are also records of the various programs and initiatives that the Society spearheaded or participated in. These files include the Bike Registration Program, Lunar Cycle and Bike Month, Bike Workshops, Bikes on Buses, Cycle-Able City, and Rails to Trails (R2T).

Edmonton Big Sister SocietyThis fonds consists of the constitution and by-laws, minutes, President's correspondence, Treasurer's records, event and administrative files, membership records, newsletters and publications, news clippings and scrapbooks, photographs and the corporate seal of the club.
Edmonton Bird ClubThe fonds consists of records pertaining to the Edmonton Public Welfare Board from 1914 to 1925. The records include minutes, reports, finances, correspondence, and by-law. Also included in the fonds are minutes, reports, and cases dealt with by the Visiting Committee, later known as the Advisory Committee, and minutes from the Committee on Unemployment.
