The series consists of a photograph of the grandchildren of Laurent and Eleanor Garneau, includes the following families:

The series consists of correspondence, invitations, meeting minutes, reports, daily journals, and speeches from William Hawrelak's different terms of office.
An order has been imposed on the material. The arrangement includes three subseries, which are as follows:
Series consists of records from the Alberta Thai Association, including administration and financial documents, newsletters, and promotional material. Also included is a local family history book of the Kaewmongkol family.
This series of records is related to the Commissioners' role of overseeing all issues of land ownership within the City's limits. Residential and industrial development had to be managed and eventually planned for. Standards were required for buildings and construction and the resulting enforcement duties. This series contains the following subseries:
3.1 Land
This subseries includes records dealing with the purchase, sale, and management of land resources within the city, including subdivision of land, easements, urban renewal, future planning, and land sales, leases and purchases.
3.2 Zoning
This subseries consists of records relating to the restrictions placed on development and changes to that system over the years.
3.3 Architects and Inspections
This subseries consists of the records generated between the Architect's Department and the Commissioners, including records relating to the enforcement of building and zoning bylaws, including the management of civic office buildings (such as the Civic Block).
3.4 Economic Development
This subseries consists of the records relating to the promotion of the City for tourism, conventions and other special events to encourage economic development.
The series consists of the personal records of Gail Hall including certifications, education records, materials pertaining to her hobby of running, and resumes. Also included in the series are photographs.
This series contains building applications, building permits, land sale agreements, easements, applications to purchase lots, cancellations of lots, building inspection reports, correspondence, and building specifications. It also includes a public notice for a proposed development.
Series consists of 35mm aperture cards of gas plans created by the Microfilm and Records Branch, as well as three photographs which came from the branch director. Two photos depict the Grierson Hill Dump in 1931, and one is a copy of a 1969 aerial photograph showing the area around 97 Street and 103A Avenue.
