The fonds consists of the records of ConCerv created during the organization's efforts to prevent the expansion of EPCOR's river valley power plant, specifically the expansion of Rossdale Unit 11 and the Transmission Cable Relocation Project. The records consist of ConCerv's administrative documents, correspondence, research files, copies of public court documents, and reports compiled by ConCerv, EPCOR, and other stakeholders in the power plant's expansion.

This fonds consists of minutes, agendas, financial statements, project reports, research files, grant information, correspondence, program documentation, posters, photographs, and certificates created by the Edmonton Bicycle Commuters Society. Some electronic material is present in the fonds. A note in the file title has been added where a digital carrier is present. A note has also been added to the titles of files that may contain photographic images or negatives.

In addition to the administrative files of the Society, there are also records of the various programs and initiatives that the Society spearheaded or participated in. These files include the Bike Registration Program, Lunar Cycle and Bike Month, Bike Workshops, Bikes on Buses, Cycle-Able City, and Rails to Trails (R2T).

The fonds consists of minutes, bylaws, financial statements, event planning files, annual reports, budgets, and photographs created during the operation of the Edmonton Boys’ Pipe Band. A small number of regalia worn by members during parade is also included. Two electronic records are also present: a music CD featuring a selection of the Pipe Band’s performances, as well as a DVD of the Edmonton Celtic Festival that features a video recording of the Pipe Band’s performance.

Edmonton Bulletin fonds

The fonds consists of photos taken by Eric Bland for the Edmonton Bulletin in the last five years of the Bulletin’s existence (April 1947-January 1951) (EA-600). The photos include Edmonton personalities, accidents, events, clubs and societies, buildings (including churches, schools and hospitals), commerce, industry, transportation and military.
The fonds also includes images used in the publication 'Edmonton Bulletin Special Edition 1911' (EB-26). This publication gave a history of Edmonton to that point. The photographs include people, houses, buildings businesses, street scenes, bridges and transportation.

Edmonton Burns Club fonds

The fonds consists of records created and collected by the Edmonton Burns Club for their various events and activities.
The fonds has been arranged into 6 series:

  • Series 1 - Membership. This series consists of Edmonton Burns Club membership rosters and lists of Presidents. Also included are the Burns Club constitution as well as obituaries and funeral addresses for members of the Club.
  • Series 2 - Administration. This series consists of minutes and financial statements of the Club. The President's’ Books have also been included in the series.
  • Series 3 - Correspondence. This series consists of letters written in regards to the Club. The letter recipients have been named unless otherwise noted. Due to the nature of the scholarships awarded by the Burns Club, all material related to awards has been included here as well.
  • Series 4 - Events. All major Burns Club events have been listed in chronological order here for ease of access. Events held by other Burns Clubs have also been included.
  • Series 5 - Poetry, Music, and Reference Library. This series consists of the works collected and written by members of the Burns Club. The series includes poems, historical accounts, music sheets, articles, and books.
  • Series 6 - Media. Series 6 is comprised of scrapbooks, media, audio (reel to reel and cassette recordings), ephemera and photographs related to the Club and various events.

The fonds consists of records pertaining to the Edmonton Canadian Scottish Literary Society including programmes, songs, speeches, lyrics, sheet music, and literary works. The fonds includes lists of executive members from 1925 to 1966, minutes of the final meeting of the society which includes a brief history and disbursement of the Society effects, and a piece of the plaid cloth (tartan). The fonds also consists of a ledger of James Rust and Son, Watchmaker & Jewelers with speeches and letters by James Rust, a member of the Society.

Edmonton Club fonds

The fonds consists of the records of the Edmonton Club and includes minutes, correspondence, membership registers, maps, building plans, constitutions, rule books, reports, menus, acts of incorporation, and financial statements. The photographs consist of headshots of the Presidents of the Edmonton Club, as well as a few images of the Club’s annual general meetings and of the Imperial Bank of Canada both as it was being built and when it was completed in 1907. Large membership registers and bound guest books are also included.

This fonds consists of the records of the EFCL and is arranged in the following series:

  • Series 1 - Administration. This series consists of the operating records of the EFCL offices including minutes, agendas, financial information, correspondence, reports, contracts, and fundraising from 1922 to 2005 with most of the records dating from 1970 to 1980.
  • Series 2 - Community Leagues. This series contains records collected by the EFCL regarding their constituent community leagues. The records collected from each community league differ but generally include leases, membership information, and correspondence. The records in this series are predominantly from the period between 1965 to 1980.
  • Series 3 - Committees. This series consists of the files from the committees the EFCL either led or was a part of from 1971 to 1999. Other material has been added where the EFCL gathered the files for information purposes.
  • Series 4 - Programs. This series collects programs, events, and awards ceremonies held by the EFCL from 1920 to 1999 with a majority of the records originating from between 1970 to 1990.
  • Series 5 - Legal. This series collects documents pertaining to legal matters the EFCL was directly involved in as a litigant or on the behalf of the communities involved in the case. Most material pertains to the Rossdale Unit 11 case or to Inland Cement’s change in fuel types.
