The fonds consists of an audio cassette recorded by Fred Lohstroh of him singing “Capital City” and two sheets of accompanying lyrics.

This fonds consists of the administrative records of the Jazz City Festival Society, including year-end financial statements, grant applications, venue and musician contracts, musician immigration and payment records, sponsorship correspondence and contracts, volunteer reports, and many festival planning documents. Additionally, this fonds contains press coverage from Jazz City, Jazz City programs, and several records relating to the promotion of Jazz City including t-shirts, posters, pins, and felt patches. Also included are photographs of artists and the festival, as well as VHS tapes with interviews and advertisements for Jazz City.

The fonds consists of records relating to the Urban Reform Group of Edmonton (URGE), including production of a 1978 historical calendar, Board minutes, reports and correspondence. It also contains records relating to the Society for the Protection of Architectural Resources in Edmonton (SPARE) and personal correspondence.
The photographs consist mostly of buildings and street scenes in Edmonton and Toronto, ca. 1980, taken as part of research into heritage buildings for SPARE. They include the Ross Brothers and Brighton Block in Edmonton, and the St. Lawrence Market and Gooderham Building (flatiron) in Toronto (EA-560). One photograph is a portrait of Elly De Jongh used for an Edmonton Historical Board award in 1984.
The artwork consists of an ink drawing of Primrose House, 1979, as part of research on heritage buildings for SPARE (EAA-113).

The fonds consists of records pertaining to Mufty Mathewson's photography projects including Positive Images Women by Women and Logomania. The fonds also consists of issues of Branching Out, HERizons, and Webspinner.

The series consists of records pertaining to events the Society of Western Canadian Artists held or took part in including exhibitions, shows, and workshops. Materials include correspondence, programs, planning materials, invitations, forms, guidelines and rules. Also included in the series is an issue of The Works A Visual Arts Celebration and the Edmonton Art Gallery Calendar of Events.

This series consists of records of some of the clubs described above, but predominantly Club 70, The Imperial Sovereign Court of the Wild Rose (ISCWR) and The Roost Nightclub. There are early administrative records for Club 70, as well as newsletters and photographs. ISCWR records include Coronation programs and information from the first coronation in 1976, and then further programs and records from courts held from 1985 to 2009. There are numerous event and promotion files for The Roost Nightclub, including monthly event calendars, broadsheets and flyers, news clippings and event posters. Included with the records were Roost Nightclub plaques and trophies.

This series contains posters that were either anonymously sent to the Archives or found in the collection of the City of Edmonton Archives. The posters had no provenance, and were therefore combined into a single series. The posters relate to festivals, theatre productions, community events, and fundraisers held in the Edmonton area.

The fonds consists of the administrative records of the Edmonton Folk Arts Council from 1965 to 1996. The records include correspondence, bylaws, executive and general meeting minutes, and membership lists. Also included are posters from Council-sponsored events, such as Canada Day celebrations, and commemorative plaques and pins from various events.

The fonds consists of records pertaining to the Edmonton Opera Association from 1963 to 1996. The materials include programs from Edmonton opera productions, along with invitations, brochures, and newsletters. The fonds also consists of letters wishing congratulations and sending regrets for the Edmonton Opera Association's 25th anniversary celebration in 1988. Also included in the fonds are issues from 1981 to 1983 of Encore, the official publication of The Edmonton Symphony Society, The Alberta Ballet Company, and The Edmonton Opera Association, and a poster of the 1990-1991 Edmonton opera season.

The fonds consists of the records created and gathered by Douglas Glenn Runté including playbills, programs, membership cards, ticket stubs, brochures, newspaper clippings, correspondence, and minutes of numerous theatre and dramatic societies in and around Edmonton.
