The fonds consists of newsletters, minutes of both general and executive meetings, financial statements, annual general meetings, bylaws, and scrapbooks of the Minus One Club of Edmonton. The scrapbooks consist of photographs, copies of newsletters, and ephemera created by members of the Club in the curation of the Club's history.

This fonds consists of the administrative and operational records of the Northwest Voyageurs Canoe and Kayak Club. The records include incorporation documents, minutes of the executive committee, newsletters, river flow data, research materials, trip schedules and reports, maps, as well as photographs captured during Club excursions.

This fonds consists of the records of the Northern Alberta Wood Carvers Association. The records consist of the Association's History Record Book scrapbook, newsletters, carving guides, administration documents, meeting minutes, photographs of carving show entries, and cartoons designed for the Association's newsletter. Also included are medals won by an Edmonton Stamp Club member during various conventions. The video series, "Uncle Albert's Stamp Collection," is also included. The fonds consists of the records of The Edmonton Women’s Film Society from prior to its formal incorporation in 2004 until shortly after the Reel Femme ‘10 festival in 2010, after which the society dissolved. The records include administration records from the society’s operations, such as grant applications, meeting minutes, society bylaws, and correspondence. Additionally, many records relate to the Reel Femme film festivals including flyers, programs, news clippings and publicity, film adjudication notes, and film classification exemption records. Also included are large posters advertising the Reel Femme film festivals.

This fonds consists of minutes, membership lists, financial ledgers, regalia, certificates, and photographs produced by Odd Fellow and Rebekah Lodges throughout Edmonton geographic area and history.

The fonds consists of the records of The Whale Society of Edmonton from shortly before its formal incorporation in 1979 until shortly after its dissolution in 1983. The records include correspondence, newsletters, briefing notes, public presentations, posters, financial records, and minutes of meetings. Also included in the records is a T-Shirt designed by a Society member and sold as a fundraising item at public events. The banner used by the Society to identify their booth at public events is also included. There are also information files initially created by Dr. Dennis Wighton of the Department of Genetics, University of Alberta. These files were used by the Society in the development of their newsletters, merchandise, and briefing notes to government officials.

This fonds consists of correspondence and reports relating to the organization of the club, records of officers of the club including the President (1988-2009), First Vice-President/Vice-president (1987-2009), Second Vice-president (1954-1999), Treasurer (1963-2009), Recording Secretary/Secretary (1959-2009), Corresponding Secretary/Newsletter Chairperson (1979-2009), Membership Chairperson (1958-2009), Groups Chairperson (1966-1996), Social Convenor (1975-2009). It also includes records of the Ladies' Afternoon Bridge Club Convenor (1982-2008), Mixed Bridge Club Convenor (1972, 1980-1992), Photography Convenor (1977-1999) and The Painter Group Convenor (n.d.).

There are also photographs of executive members and events and a PowerPoint presentation of Club's history, 2009.

The fonds consists of materials collected, researched and created by the Mill Creek Build A Park committee in their efforts, activities and projects to protect, preserve and advocate for the Mill Creek ravine. It includes their research sources, documents and historical notes about the ravine and partners in the projects. Their projects include: the Mill Creek Crusade; Endangered Homes Project; “Mill Crick” and “Everybody’s Mill Creek” story approaches to the social history of Mill Creek ravine; “The Mill Creek Story”, formerly a series of 5 binders with slide/audio presentation for the purpose of developing environmental education in Mill Creek schools; and “It Really Works!”, a model for social action in environmental education in the classroom.

The fonds consists of records created and collected by the Edmonton Burns Club for their various events and activities.
The fonds has been arranged into 6 series:

• Series 1 - Membership. This series consists of Edmonton Burns Club membership rosters and lists of Presidents. Also included are the Burns Club constitution as well as obituaries and funeral addresses for members of the Club.
• Series 2 - Administration. This series consists of minutes and financial statements of the Club. The President's’ Books have also been included in the series.
• Series 3 - Correspondence. This series consists of letters written in regards to the Club. The letter recipients have been named unless otherwise noted. Due to the nature of the scholarships awarded by the Burns Club, all material related to awards has been included here as well.
• Series 4 - Events. All major Burns Club events have been listed in chronological order here for ease of access. Events held by other Burns Clubs have also been included.
• Series 5 - Poetry, Music, and Reference Library. This series consists of the works collected and written by members of the Burns Club. The series includes poems, historical accounts, music sheets, articles, and books.
• Series 6 - Media. Series 6 is comprised of scrapbooks, media, audio (reel to reel and cassette recordings), ephemera and photographs related to the Club and various events.
