This fonds consists of the administrative records of the Jazz City Festival Society, including year-end financial statements, grant applications, venue and musician contracts, musician immigration and payment records, sponsorship correspondence and contracts, volunteer reports, and many festival planning documents. Additionally, this fonds contains press coverage from Jazz City, Jazz City programs, and several records relating to the promotion of Jazz City including t-shirts, posters, pins, and felt patches. Also included are photographs of artists and the festival, as well as VHS tapes with interviews and advertisements for Jazz City.

This fonds contains a written history of the Edmonton Roughnecks Recreation Association, as well as photographs of the Roughnecks' various teams and members. The photographs have been described by Gregory Barker as part of a project in which he aimed to describe and identify the individuals in photographs present in MS-595, Series 7. As a result, some of the photographs in this fonds are duplicates of photographs in MS-595, Series 7. Also included are Gregory Barker's digital copies of all records in the fonds.

This fonds consists of correspondence, minutes, and reports relating to the historical interests of Samuel Archibald Dickson, particularly his involvement in the campaign to restore/replicate Fort Edmonton in association with the Northern Alberta Pioneers and Old Timers Association (for which he also served as legal counsel), the Historical Society of Alberta, the Edmonton Museum Committee and the Edmonton Archives and Landmarks Committee. Also includes documentation regarding Samuel's appointment as commissioner to investigate political partisanship by government employees.

The photographs include Indigenous men, women and children as well as some scenes of Edmonton such as the official opening of Fort Edmonton Park in 1967, minstrel shows ca. 1921 and the demolition of the Tegler building in 1982.

The fonds consists of the records of ConCerv created during the organization's efforts to prevent the expansion of EPCOR's river valley power plant, specifically the expansion of Rossdale Unit 11 and the Transmission Cable Relocation Project. The records consist of ConCerv's administrative documents, correspondence, research files, copies of public court documents, and reports compiled by ConCerv, EPCOR, and other stakeholders in the power plant's expansion.

This collection consists of the records of Womonspace from their formal incorporation in 1982 until the last newsletter was published in 2011. The records include meeting minutes, monthly newsletters, event planning, and financial reports. Additionally, numerous records relating to the local and national LGBTQ+ communities are included, such as the GALA Human Rights Committee and GALA Week, as well as LGBTQ+ business guides. This fonds consists of records pertaining to the Lady Aberdeen League from 1964 to 1996 including meeting minutes, correspondence, insurance records, and financial records. Also included in the fonds are correspondence with children the League sponsored through the Foster Parents Plan of Canada. The financial records include ledgers, receipts, invoices, and statements. These records align with the main function of the League, which was to provide financial support to charitable organizations. The fonds also consists of an Ice Capades program the League sold, certificates, and a history of the League.
