The fonds consists of minutes, bylaws, financial statements, event planning files, annual reports, budgets, and photographs created during the operation of the Edmonton Boys’ Pipe Band. A small number of regalia worn by members during parade is also included. Two electronic records are also present: a music CD featuring a selection of the Pipe Band’s performances, as well as a DVD of the Edmonton Celtic Festival that features a video recording of the Pipe Band’s performance.

Edmonton Stamp Club fonds

This fonds consists of the newsletters, financial statements, minutes, annual general meetings, convention files, correspondence, bylaws, membership lists, budgets, and publications of the Edmonton Stamp Club. Also included are medals won by an Edmonton Stamp Club member during various conventions. The video series, "Uncle Albert's Stamp Collection," is also included. Digitized access copies of the program are available in the Archives Reference Room.

Edmonton Horticultural Society fonds

The fonds consists of textual records relating to the administration of the Edmonton Horticultural Society and the events of the organization.

This fonds is divided into six series:

  • Series 1 - Administrative records: including incorporation documents, insurance, leases and rental agreements, documents related to board activities, minutes of the Board of Directors, annual reports and membership information.
  • Series 2 - Financial records: including audits, financial statements and general ledgers, fundraising records, grants and budgets.
  • Series 3 - Program and Event records: including those relating to programs such as the annual bench shows, the annual garden competition, the vacant lot gardening program, the monthly speakers' program and others. Of note are the vacant lot rental records.
  • Series 4 - Publications: of the society, including histories, newsletters and annual prize lists. Of note is the almost continuous collection of annual bench show prize lists from 1921 to the present.
  • Series 5 - Miscellaneous and oversize documents and artifacts: includes guest books, ribbons and posters.
  • Series 6 - Other Societies: material related to horticultural organizations, primarily in Alberta, that are linked to the Edmonton Horticultural Society through partnerships, affiliate ties or through common interests. These include the Alberta Horticultural Association, the Edmonton Exhibition Association and various horticultural and gardening organizations around the city.

The fonds consists of records relating to the activities of the Aurora Borealis Chapter 10 C.J. Order of AHEPA and includes correspondence, programmes, minutes, news clippings relating to special events and the Canadian Greek community, photographs, genealogical resources, and research materials gathered by Jean Pierre Van Eck, a member and Supreme Vice President of AHEPA Canada. Also included in the fonds are items relating to the membership of James Anton in the order. The photographs include portraits of groups and individuals that were members of AHEPA, as well as images taken during AHEPA events. Also included in the photographs are images of members of the wider Edmonton Greek community that might not have been members of AHEPA.

Edmonton Weavers' Guild fonds

The fonds consists of records produced by the Edmonton Weavers' Guild (EWG) from their inception to 2012 and represents the activities and functions of the EWG. The records include minutes, correspondence, reports, membership lists, clippings, applications, financial records, and issues of the EWG’s newsletter, Webs and Wheels. The correspondence highlight the EWG's interactions with various art institutions and organizations including the Alberta Arts Council, Canadian Craftsmen Association, Hand Weavers, Spinners and Dyers of Alberta, University of Alberta's Department of Art and Design, Alberta Art Foundation, Canadian Crafts Council, Association of Northwest Weavers Guild, along with many other weavers' guilds throughout Canada and the United States.

The fonds also consists of the EWG by-laws, a file on the history of the EWG complied by Helen Bentley, and a history of weaving in Alberta from 1945. Included in the fonds are 8 colour photographs of wall pieces designed and woven by Grace Raitt and 1 photograph of a woven design attached to a greeting card.

The fonds consists of materials created by the Edmonton & District Cricket League including minutes, bylaws, constitutions, booking documentation, correspondence, financial records, equipment orders and inventory, fixtures, schedules, statistics, team and club lists, administrative documents, and photographs. The photographs consist of an undated team photograph, an image of the Victoria Park Club house in 1983, and a photograph of the site of the demolished Victoria Park Club House in 1983 October.

This fonds consists of material collected and created by Reg Appleyard, Doug Matheson, Rev. Harry Meadows, Matheson and Company, and the staff of Meadowcroft Seniors’ Residence through their function of running the Meadowcroft corporations and providing quality affordable housing in Edmonton between 1969 and 2010. It contains legal documents, correspondence, reports, committee minutes, pamphlets, photos, plans, audiovisual material and a book, ‘The Meadow’s Story’ (922.77 ROB).

The fonds consists of the records of The Edmonton Women’s Film Society from prior to its formal incorporation in 2004 until shortly after the Reel Femme ‘10 festival in 2010, after which the society dissolved. The records include administration records from the society’s operations, such as grant applications, meeting minutes, society bylaws, and correspondence. Additionally, many records relate to the Reel Femme film festivals including flyers, programs, news clippings and publicity, film adjudication notes, and film classification exemption records. Also included are large posters advertising the Reel Femme film festivals.
