This fonds consists of minutes, agendas, financial statements, project reports, research files, grant information, correspondence, program documentation, posters, photographs, and certificates created by the Edmonton Bicycle Commuters Society. Some electronic material is present in the fonds. A note in the file title has been added where a digital carrier is present. A note has also been added to the titles of files that may contain photographic images or negatives.
In addition to the administrative files of the Society, there are also records of the various programs and initiatives that the Society spearheaded or participated in. These files include the Bike Registration Program, Lunar Cycle and Bike Month, Bike Workshops, Bikes on Buses, Cycle-Able City, and Rails to Trails (R2T).

Edmonton Bicycle Commuters SocietyThis fonds consists of an information brochure on the Council, annual report (1974), list of presidents (1962-1976) and an operational summary as of July 1975 including a history and list of accomplishments to that date.
Alberta Aviation CouncilThe fonds consists of research papers written by Raymond Corley on the history and development of the Edmonton Interurban Railway and the Edmonton, Yukon and Pacific Railway.
The Edmonton Interurban Railway ran between Edmonton and St. Albert. The line opened on September 30, 1913, and was partially phased into the Edmonton Radial Railway System in 1916. In 1920, the system was purchased by the City of Edmonton.
The Edmonton, Yukon & Pacific Railway was the first railway built into Edmonton, before amalgamation with Strathcona. The EY&P railway connected with the Calgary and Edmonton Railway (C&E) and eventually became part of the Canadian North Railway.
The records include the original research papers, with subsequent revisions.
Note – the later revisions are only the pages that were changed, not the entire paper.
