Conway, H. JackThe fonds consists of photocopies of news clippings from the scrapbook created by Harold Brown. The news clippings relate to the Crestwood Community League and its predecessors, the 142nd Street and Jasper Place Community Leagues. There are also some early annual reports, newsletters, and correspondence of Harold P. Brown, the secretary of the league for many years and a member of the executive and president of the Federation of Community Leagues in the 1920s.
The photographs (1915-1924) cover events in the community, likely held by the community league (Maypole dancing, parades, children playing in parks, theatrical performances, parks), buildings (Alberta Legislature), roads and bridges, CKUA radio studio and portraits of Harold P. Brown and Cyril Geoffrey Wates.

The fonds consists of records from 1974 to 1977 created by various committees who coordinated the commemoration of the International Women's Year 1975 in Edmonton. These committees included the International Women's Year Coordinating Committee, Ad Hoc Committee, the City of Edmonton's International Women's Year Steering Committee, and the Anthology Committee.
Records include newsletters, correspondence, minutes, finances, and a City of Edmonton proclamation. Majority of the fonds consists of nomination forms with supporting documentation for each category of the City of Edmonton Recognition Program. The fonds also includes a copy of the manuscript for the anthology titled, 1975 International Women’s Year Anthology and a copy of the final publication, which was published in collaboration with the City of Edmonton’s Public Relations Department.
International Women's Year, 1975This fonds consists of materials which were collected and created by the City's Commissioners through their function of overseeing all aspects of City administration. The fonds includes correspondence with City staff, provincial and federal representatives, other municipalities, corporations, community groups and the general public. It also contains reports and financial records relating to various departments, memoranda, committee minutes, newspaper clippings, pamphlets, photos, maps, and architectural drawings.

The fonds consists of materials collected, researched and created by the Mill Creek Build A Park committee in their efforts, activities and projects to protect, preserve and advocate for the Mill Creek ravine. It includes their research sources, documents and historical notes about the ravine and partners in the projects. Their projects include: the Mill Creek Crusade; Endangered Homes Project; “Mill Crick” and “Everybody’s Mill Creek” story approaches to the social history of Mill Creek ravine; “The Mill Creek Story”, formerly a series of 5 binders with slide/audio presentation for the purpose of developing environmental education in Mill Creek schools; and “It Really Works!”, a model for social action in environmental education in the classroom.
S.T.O.P. - Save Tomorrow, Oppose PollutionThe fonds consists of a report written by Professor B.Y. Card on the Beau Park Addition in the McKernan neighbourhood of Edmonton. The Report is named "Beau Park Addition or Life on the Bottom of McKernan Lake: A Report on a Neighborhood." The neighbourhood study includes important information about the area's history, finances, social demography, and future.

Baltzan, HyThis fonds consists of material generated as a result of the operations of the Town of Beverly from its incorporation as a village in 1913 until shortly after its annexation by the City of Edmonton in 1961. The records include minutes, correspondence, reports, debentures, contracts, agreements, voters lists, tax assessment rolls, building permits, and petitions, and includes 85 ledgers.
