This series consists of records related to the financial administration of Jasper Place. Records include debentures, payroll information, auditors reports, and financial records created during the annexation process in 1964. Finances were under the jurisdiction of the Town's Secretary Treasurer; as such, monthly financial statements were included with the Council Minutes (RG-101 Series 6).
The main legislative tool available to the Town of Jasper Place was the creation of bylaws. The municipality issued bylaws from it's incorporation as a Village in January 1950 until its amalgamation with the City of Edmonton in 1964.
This series consists of council and committee minutes, voters lists, cemetery records, and bylaws created by the Town of Beverly.
This series contains financial records created by the Town of Beverly, including assessment and tax rolls, debentures, auditor's reports, financial statements, various financial ledgers, and correspondence. It also includes the cash books for the Beverly School District and a financial ledger for the Beverly Cemetery.

This series contains records relating of the provision of infrastructure by the Town of Beverly, including roads, sidewalks, and utilities.
This series contains correspondence with citizens, private corporations, other municipalities, and other levels of government, as well as petitions sent to the Town of Beverly.
This series contains the council minutes from the Village of West Edmonton.
