This series contains records collected and created by the Citizens Action Centre. The material was mostly used to provide information to the public, though some material also reflects special projects undertaken by the unit, such as their involvement in the 1987 tornado response, Klondike Days, and the 8th IAAF World Championships in Athletics held in Edmonton in 2001. Series consists of reports, correspondence, and speeches relating to the various functions performed by the Analytical Services, Computer Systems, Computer Operations branches of the Management Services Department.

Microfilm and Records Branch

Series consists of 35mm aperture cards of gas plans created by the Microfilm and Records Branch, as well as three photographs which came from the branch director. Two photos depict the Grierson Hill Dump in 1931, and one is a copy of a 1969 aerial photograph showing the area around 97 Street and 103A Avenue.

Correspondence

The series consist of correspondence between Municipal Airport officials and City employees, other levels of government, clients, and private individuals relating to the operation of the Municipal Airport.
