The album shows a variety of styles of handwriting and calligraphy, as well as Margaret’s travels throughout northern and central Ontario, including Lion’s Head, Singhampton, Pinkerton, Walkerton, Blyth, Clinton and Fairview.
The back cover of the album is annotated ‘Jessie Armstrong 10 years, 1916’. So it is possible Jessie Armstrong also used the album.
