File 1: O/S copy of Indenture Agreement of George Kinnaird to the Governor and Company of Adventurers (early Hudson’s Bay Company), as an apprentice clerk, to proceed to Hudson’s Bay, for term of 3 years, to be paid thirty pounds the first year, forty pounds the second year and fifty pounds the third year, October 1875.
File 2: O/S signed Certificate of Appreciation from staff of Hudson’s Bay Company, Edmonton, to George Johnstone Kinnaird, February 28, 1900 at the time of his resignation.
This fonds consists of a membership certificate, National Fire Protection Association International, for John Booth, May 1940 and various photographs of displays by the fire department.
The photographs also include a panorama of the fire department’s new fleet of motorized fire-fighting equipment that replaced horse-drawn rigs.
The fonds also includes a report from the enquiry into the 1949 fire at the Northern Hardware Building in Edmonton which burned for three days (351.9 WES).

This fonds consists of an information brochure on the Council, annual report (1974), list of presidents (1962-1976) and an operational summary as of July 1975 including a history and list of accomplishments to that date.

The fonds also includes photographs taken by Bryce Van Dusen at his store, Acme Novelty Ltd., and during a tour of Churchill, Manitoba.
