This fonds consists of booklets and programmes related to events, businesses and promotions in Edmonton. It also includes a booklet, ‘Something about Edmonton and Canada's Richest Mixed Farming District’, by the Edmonton Board of Trade, ca. 1911 (971.233 EDM 1911).
The photographs are of Edmonton and area, including buildings, the Edmonton Public Library board and staff, the Edmonton News Boys Band, Mayor Joseph A. Clarke, the High Level Bridge under construction, and the Bell family with their car.

The fonds consists of the records pertaining to the life and career of James "Jim" Yee [囯伩]. The records include photographs of his family, friends, home, and travels from childhood to retirement. Photographs also include his attendance at the Redress of the Chinese Head Tax in Ottawa in 2006 and his involvement in the Edmonton Chinese Christian Church. The fonds incudes textual records of Jim's career as a mechanic and landlord including certificates, licenses, correspondence, reference letters and customer surveys. Jim worked for a range of companies in Edmonton including Crosstown, Kingsway Toyota and the City of Edmonton. The fonds also includes genealogical research, a pin, a patch and a painting by S. Chen of Jim and George Yee.

On the verso of the bills are notes and instructions for the homeowner, including promotion of the modern electric refrigerator and advice on changing electrical service when moving.

Gerald M. Hutchinson fonds

This fonds consists of notes and articles prepared by G.M. Hutchinson relating to the work of Robert Rundle, who was one of a small group of missionaries who were sent to Canada by the Wesleyans (Methodists) in England in 1840. Rundle was the first Protestant missionary to reach the area which is now Alberta. His first headquarters was Fort Edmonton from where he traveled as far as Rocky Mountain House, the Bow River near the future site of Banff, and Beaver Lake. Shortly before he left Canada in 1848 he established a mission at Pigeon Lake, now known as the Rundle Mission.
The material was used in research for Rundle House at Fort Edmonton Park.
The fonds also includes a photograph of Rev. Robert Rundle and his bride, Mary Wolverson.
