The fonds (or collection) consists of David Leonard’s research, notes and final manuscript of the book on Richard Secord, ‘A Builder of the Northwest: The Life and Times of Richard Secord’ (1981).
The photographs include a photo of the members of the 1886 N.W.T. Legislature and a portrait photograph of David Leonard that was used for an Edmonton Historical Board Award in 1989.

The fonds consists of momentoes relating to events held during the coronation of King George V and Queen Mary in 1911. These include invitations, programmes, passes and cards, and most are inscribed with J.M. Douglas’s name.
The photographs include personal photos of J.M. Douglas, including a photo of his father in front of the J.M. Douglas house in Strathcona.
This fonds consists of personal papers of John J. Duggan as well as some records for the Town/City of Strathcona, including Duggan’s mayoral candidacy.
The photographs are predominantly of the activities of the Old Timers’ association but there is also one of the first hand car into Edmonton.
The fonds consists of materials collected by Beatrice Dunn, including cards, hand written financial contracts, insurance policy and coupons. The photographs include farming in High River, most likely her father’s farm, and the family home where Beatrice grew up. There is also a baby photo of Beatrice’s older brother Herbert (1901).

The fonds consists of materials created or collected by L. D. Pollard of Edmonton between 1904 and 1956. The materials include tenders, bills, plans, and building specifications relating to Mr. Pollard's business. There is also correspondence relating to union and labour matters. The fonds also includes personal records (including materials on such diverse topics as the Edmonton Exhibition Association, World War I, the Edmonton Tax Sale of 1920, the Royal Visit of 1939, the Edmonton Labour Temple, utility rates and the birth and schooling of Pollard's son, Stanley and daughter, Blanche, as well as correspondence of the Pollard family. The fonds also includes photographs though it is not certain how the photographs relate to Dr. Holmes. Holmes, Dr. Cecil Ulysses HolmesThe fonds consists of personal papers and business records of some members of the McCauley family, including Matthew McCauley, his children Alexander James Henry McCauley and Julia Alberta McCauley Norquay, and his grandson William Alexander McCauley. There are also records of Matthew’s brothers Samuel and Alexander.
The records include family trees and a family history narrative of the McCauley family 1824 to 1965. There are also records from the businesses run by Matthew, Samuel and Alexander.
The photographs include the children of Matthew and Matilda McCauley, as well as photographs showing some of the construction and hauling work done by Samuel McCauley and his crew.

The fonds consists of the records from the Edmonton Social Planning Council (E.S.P.C.) from its inception to the early 1990s. The records within the fonds capture the changing activities and functions of the Council throughout its history and its work in social welfare. The records include correspondence, administrative records, reports, studies, minutes, newsletters, publications, financial records, directories, manuals, bylaws, clippings, memorandums and briefs. Also included in the fonds are photographs of an annual meeting and housing in Edmonton.
