This series consists of records of some of the clubs described above, but predominantly Club 70, The Imperial Sovereign Court of the Wild Rose (ISCWR) and The Roost Nightclub. There are early administrative records for Club 70, as well as newsletters and photographs. ISCWR records include Coronation programs and information from the first coronation in 1976, and then further programs and records from courts held from 1985 to 2009. There are numerous event and promotion files for The Roost Nightclub, including monthly event calendars, broadsheets and flyers, news clippings and event posters. Included with the records were Roost Nightclub plaques and trophies.
The fonds consists of photographs of the sports teams organized by the Canadian Athletic Club. Teams are named after various sponsors. The photographs are predominantly hockey teams with only a few baseball or soccer teams.
This sub-series contains records created in the planning and operation of Fort Edmonton Park. The material includes research, reports, proposals, and planning documents.
The sub-series also includes photographs taken of Fort Edmonton Park, John Walter Museum, the Historical Exhibits Building, the Cromdale Warehouse (former Cromdale Bus Barns), the Nature Centre, the C.W. Cross Residence at 12729 Stony Plain Road, the McCauley House at 10042 92 Street, general shots of Riverdale and the Edmonton skyline, and an interior photo of the Ukrainian Bookstore.

This fonds consists of publications, plays, and newspaper articles written by Cyril Wates, as well as assorted correspondence and records relating to the Edmonton chapter of the Alpine Club of Canada. The fonds also contains an article and correspondence of Helen Adela (Burns) Wates, as well as photographs of Helen Adela (Burns) Wates' family, ca. 1870-1880, Cyril Wates' telescope, 1942 and mountain climbing activities, ca. 1924-1938.
This series contains material created by the 1994 Commonwealth Games Bid Committee in the process of preparing the City of Edmonton's bid to host the 1994 Commonwealth Games.
This series consists of two sub-series: the Edmonton Roughnecks Recreation Association (ERRA) and a subseries of Sporting Associations/Gay Games records. The ERRA records include administrative files, promotional materials, tournament information, and framed and matted team photographs. There are also photographs of social activities, and a framed set of volleyball tournament medals. Included are items of ERRA clothing, including a tee shirt, baseball pants, and baseball socks. The gay games are represented in 6 files (dating 1984-1994), and there is 1 file concerning the Gay and Lesbian Sports Council of Edmonton. Finally there are two files documenting two fundraising events that featuring Olympic athlete, Mark Tewksbury.
This sub-series contains correspondence, reports, minutes, and other material relating to City recreation facilities. It also contains material from community organizations that worked closely with recreation facility staff.
