This series consists of minutes ledgers, financial statements, membership roll books, annual reports, and certificates created through the operations of the Norwood Temple Lodge No. 41 I.O.O.F.
This series consists of correspondence, minutes, reports, and financial statements whose originating Lodge is unknown. The series also contains reports and proceedings of the Rebekah Assembly of Alberta, as well as collected histories and publications from other administrative bodies within the I.O.O.F.
This series contains material relating to the planning, funding, and construction of the Garneau Community Centre (now City Arts Centre) in 1980. The Centre was designed by Thorkelsson Architects and managed by Wilkinson Construction. Many different contractors were involved as well. In 1990, the Centre was leased to Catalyst Theatre and other tenants. In 1997 the City of Edmonton took control of the building as the new site of the City Arts Centre. Records include maps, plans, minutes, budgets, financial reports, correspondence, progress reports, and contracts.

Founded in 1975, the Planning Committee was concerned with urban planning and development in the Garneau neighbourhood. The Committee successfully fought against several high-rise developments in the area. The Committee also communicated with various City of Edmonton departments regarding topics such as zoning, parking, infrastructure, and expansion of the University of Alberta. The committee was also heavily interested in maintaining the historic character of the Garneau neighbourhood. Records include minutes, correspondence, redevelopment plans, reports, court appeals, site plans, research material, and legal documents. Also included are some material relating to the Community League proper such as minutes and correspondence.

The records consist of documents related to GATE’s Gay and Lesbian Youth Group, the Pink Triangle Youth Group of Edmonton and other GLCCE youth initiatives. The bulk of the series consists of printed resources and reference materials related to counselling gay and lesbian youth; related youth studies and reports; and some correspondence. Included with the papers are three pink triangle t-shirts created for Pride ’92 week.

The series includes agendas, minutes, correspondence, administrative records, reports, studies, job descriptions, financial records and reference materials. Also included in the series are documents pertaining to the roles and functions of the Council such as bylaws, terms of reference, manuals and the signed certificate of incorporation for the council.
The Board of Directors took part in many of the Council's committees which are also represented in this series. Some of the committees included are the Personnel Committee, Planning Committee, Executive Committee, Finance Committee, Communications Committee, Program Committee, Policy Committee, Christmas Bureau Committee, and Daycare Committee, among others.
Board of Directors minutes were originally filled together by year. Minutes include additional supporting documentation used and/or created by the Board of Directors including reports, statements, studies and correspondence.

First Reading was a newsletter publication that began in 1982 with the goal of informing members of the E.S.P.C. and the public about social policies under consideration by the government and the potential implications of such policies. The newsletter ran until 1998. Alberta Facts, which later became Edmonton Facts, was an insert in the First Reading newsletter. It later became an insert published four times a year in Vue Weekly, an alternative newspaper published in Edmonton.

The series includes correspondence, financial records, land titles, legal correspondence, reports, brochures, insurance appraisals, and architectural drawings of proposed plans. Also included in the series are minutes from the Ellerslie Rugby Park Management Board meetings.

The Lodge was established on March 11, 1907 with fifty-six candidates comprising 32 sisters and 24 brothers. In 2008, the Maple Leaf Rebekah Lodge absorbed the Unity Lodge membership to ease declining membership in both Lodges.
