This fonds consists of photographs of Edmonton and Alberta from the late 1800s and early 1900s from various well-known photographers, including Ernest Brown, C.W. Mathers, and others that were collected by the donor. The photographs include images of Legislators visiting towns in southwestern Alberta, as well as street scenes, businesses, and buildings in Edmonton.
The fonds also includes photographs taken by Bryce Van Dusen at his store, Acme Novelty Ltd., and during a tour of Churchill, Manitoba.
The fonds consists of textual records, historical documents, photographs, paintings and maps gathered by NAPOTA in support of the association’s goal of preserving the history of Edmonton. The fonds consists of textual records and photographs created or collected by Hubert A. Hollingworth. The textual records include photography booklets and catalogues, various souvenir programs, a post card album, high school newsletters, published works, maps, and newspaper clippings relating to Edmonton's history, and a memorial of Frank Hollingworth and his work with early radio.
The photograph records are divided into two series: Series 1 – Hollingworth Photographs. Series 2 – Glass Slide Photographs.

The fonds consists of an album of Byron-May photographs. Many of the photographs were part of their business, including commissioned images. The album also includes photographs of the Percy Byron and Gustave May families.
The fonds consists of photographs from the Edmonton Chamber of Commerce's in-house collection. Many of the photographs are by the Byron-May Company, who were commissioned by the Edmonton Chamber of Commerce to create brochures promoting Edmonton as an up and coming city.
The photographs are of early Edmonton and include buildings, street scenes, city and farm scenes, animals, agriculture, people and events.
The fonds consists of photographs taken by Gordon Wilkins. The images are of early Edmonton, including unidentified people who may be members of the Wilkins family, houses, horses or horse and buggy, mining activity, John Walter’s ferry, Indigenous peoples and other events in Edmonton. It also includes photos of Gordon working at Kline’s Jewelry and the Kline family.
The fonds consists of photographs of the Mawhinney family, sports teams the Mawhinney’s were part of, the family home in Rossdale, the Arctic Ice Company, the Ross Flats clubhouse, the North Saskatchewan River, and damage from the 1915 flood.
