The fonds consists of the scripts for Harry Farmer’s television program “Sunday Visit” broadcast by CFRN-TV. The program highlighted the history of various churches in the Edmonton area. Each of the scripts begins: "The story of … Church as told by Harry Farmer, Producer of CFRN Television’s Sunday Visit Series". The fonds also consists of photographs of the churches likely used in the show.
This series contains records relating to the care and operation of municipally owned buildings and property in Edmonton. Included are project files from the office responsible for building maintenance between 1965 and 1969.

Rule Wynn & RuleThis series consists of a variety of records concerning projects the Edmonton Social Planning Council (E.S.P.C.) and its numerous committees were involved in or concerned with. The projects concern social issues such as the needs of the elderly, community services and development, child welfare and day care services, the Christmas Bureau, the development and support of cooperatives, community schools, services for people with physical disabilities, services for homeless people, women’s shelters, Indigenous and Metis welfare, poverty, rehabilitation, and more. In some cases the E.S.P.C. was the primary driving force behind a project while in other cases it provided support to other organizations’ projects. The types of records included in this series include minutes, correspondence, memorandums, reports, proposals, and studies. The records provide insight into the social issues the E.S.P.C. was concerned with as well as how it worked to address them. In addition, the records help paint a picture of how the E.S.P.C. and its role within the community changed over time.
Edmonton Social Planning CouncilThis series contains building plans submitted to the City of Edmonton and to the Town of Beverly as required to receive a building permit.
City Architect and Building Inspector's DepartmentThis series consists of building, sewer, and plumbing permit ledgers for the City of Edmonton from 1902-1976, and 1996-1998, as well as aggregates of building permits issued based on type of building between 1947 and 1973. The City requires a building permit be issued prior to the beginning of construction of any project. The ledgers contain information regarding these permits.
