The fonds consists of textual records, historical documents, photographs, paintings and maps gathered by NAPOTA in support of the association’s goal of preserving the history of Edmonton. Woman in photo is Margaret Shaver Weir Williams born ca. 1886 in Spencerville, Ontario to father, Ralph Weir and mother, Harriet Shaver Weir. Married Benjamin Thomas Williams on 1909 April 14.

Baby in photo is Jean Harriet Williams born 1915 February 12 in South Edmonton to father, Benjamin Thomas Williams and mother, Margaret Shaver Weir Williams. Her brother was Charles Bruce Williams. Her husband was Gordon Symon who she married 1936 August 29. Jean Harriet Williams died 2007 May 29.

Man in photo is Benjamin Thomas Williams born 1871 July 18 in Pembrokeshire, Wales to father, Charles Williams and mother, Elizabeth Sarah Jenkins.

Boy in photo is Charles 'Bruce' Williams born 1909 November 27. Parents above.
