This series contains annual reports and correspondence relating to the operations of the City Architect and Building Inspector's Department, as well as a general ledger detailing financial information concerning the department.
Fonds consists of reports, minutes, correspondence, blueprints, and other records relating to the business of the Architect and Building Inspector's Department and its predecessors.

This series contains records relating to the care and operation of municipally owned buildings and property in Edmonton. Included are project files from the office responsible for building maintenance between 1965 and 1969.
This series contains material created through the inspection of buildings, an annotated and amended copy of the 1935 building code used by department staff, and records from the Edmonton Plumbing Board and the City Examination Board.
This series contains photographs of early Edmonton collected by City Architect Robert Falconer Duke.
