This series contains records created by or collected by the Office of the Aldermen and the Office of the Councilors which were not generated by a particular member of council. The records are believed to have been created by staff in the office, or collected as reference material to assist Aldermen and Councilors in fulfilling their duties.
The material includes agreements, reports, bylaws, correspondence, and submissions from the community concerning the general transportation plan.

The photograph (EA-655-1) was part of a much larger accession (A85-158) but was processed independently of the other material at an unknown date. As a result, its provenance was lost. It was included in RG-15 Series 3 based on the subject matter. Also from A85-158 is file 30. This material was found in the Parks and Recreation – Facilities – Storyland Valley Zoo clipping file #3 and returned to the RG collection in 2016.
The map in file 31 was removed from the rest of the records in A74-94 and described in isolation as EAM-271 at an unknown date. It is not known where in A74-94 the map originated, but it is believed that it came either with a government report, or with the Municipal Planning Commission minutes. The map was removed from EAM-271 because the maps described as that number were not identical.
Accession numbers: A56-2, A74-94, A85-158, A2004-19
This series also contains 1 photograph, 1 map, 11 videocassettes, and 0.84 GB of electronic records.
