Bereik en inhoud
The office of Secretary-Treasurer was first held by George F. Downes (1899-1906), then H. G. Clarke (1906-1909), and finally C. E. K. Cox (1910-1912).
This series includes correspondence from the office of the Secretary-Treasurer.
The series is divided into four subseries:
- Subseries 5.1: Letterbook of Outgoing Correspondence (November 1, 1899 -October 6, 1906)
- Subseries 5.2: Letterbook of Outgoing Correspondence (October 8, 1906 -July 17, 1907)
- Subseries 5.3: Correspondence (May 1901 -March 15, 1907)
- Subseries 5.4: Correspondence (March 15, 1907 -March 1912)
Subseries 5.4 also includes two photographs of Sollitt House and Yard: EA-10-2739 and EA-10-2740.

Algemene aantekening
When this material was first processed and described in 1977 and 1978, a very thorough index was created. In order to reuse this index, the material was kept in the same order, with the same file numbers. The only difference was that the classes were assigned new series numbers: RG-100.1 Class 2 became Series 5.1, RG-100.1 Class 3 became Series 5.2, RG-100.1 Class 4 became Series 5.3, and RG-100.1 Class 9 became Series 5.4.
Algemene aantekening
The two photos were removed from the correspondence and described independently as part of EA-10. Based on their accession number they were repatriated intellectually to RG-100. Based on their content ("Sollitt Yard") it is assumed they came from Series 5.4 File 225, but since no separation sheet was made this is impossible to verify.
Algemene aantekening
Accession numbers: A65-251
Algemene aantekening
Subseries 5.1 and Subseries 5.2 are bound books of correspondence, the pages of which are numbered.
