Charles ‘Henry’ Lane was born around 1909 to George and Mary Lane in Edmonton.
In 1927 he married Mary Allen in Edmonton. Charles Henry Lane worked for Arctic Ice and then for the Engineer’s Department at the City of Edmonton for 44 yrs.
Charles Henry Lane died in 1970 in Edmonton.
Myrna Carson is the daughter of Charles Henry Lane.
Scope and content
The fonds consists of two photographs found in the home of Charles Henry Lane. They include horse and carriage team and the wood yard of Mr. A. Friedrich in Edmonton.
Immediate source of acquisition
This fonds was donated to the City of Edmonton Archives by Myrna Carson in 2010.
The material was arranged according to the filing system of the creator. The photographs were assigned item numbers with the prefix EA-791.
